Our client is a prestigious real estate investment firm with property projects in the Greater China area and worldwide. Due to business expansion globally, their property investment team is currently looking for a solid Data Analyst/Scientist to join their team in Hong Kong.
You will be leading the overall data analytics including but not limited to data pipeline, data mining, data modeling, validation and cleansing from primary and secondary data source through collaboration with local and regional teammates to identify patterns, market trends and discover business insights to support senior management and project managers in various property investment projects in the Greater China, Europe and the US.
To qualify, you should have bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Physics or Engineering with relevant experience ideally from real estate or investment field. You should have solid experience in using Python, SQL or Excel VBA, R to extract and process data. You should be familiar with machine learning tools with hands-on experience in different databases. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytics skills are a must. You should have good communications in English and Chinese.
