Our client is one of a leading Investment Group with a solid presence in the Greater China region. They are now seeking for an Associate, Legal to join their team in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Head of Division, you will be responsible for negotiating and reviewing transaction documents on investment deals; reviewing vendor agreements including but not limited external counsel, financial advisor and other service providers; providing legal advice on general issue of the Company and as well as handling any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
To qualify, you will have a university degree with a major in Law or any related disciplines. PRC/HK/US/UK bar qualification is highly preferred. A minimum 5 years of experience gained with Professional Law firms or sizeable financial institutions. Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin are a MUST.
